Preaching

"In Christ" (by virtue of our faith exclusively in Christ & His Blood Sacrifice), there is.... no CONDEMNATION (Rom. 8:1)..... no ALIENATION (Rom. 8:14-17), and ..... no SEPARATION (Rom. 8:35-39). Halellujah !!!!!!!!

Christ is the SOURCE of "abundant Life" (John 10:10; 14:6; 1:4; 5:26; 1 Jhn. 5:11; 4:9), and OUR CONTINUED FAITH IN HIS BLOOD SACRIFICE ON THE CROSS- HIS "FINISHED WORK" is the MEANS (Jhn. 19:30; Matt. 27:50-51; Heb. 9:12-14; 10:12-13; 1 Cor. 1:18,23-24; Rom. 3:21-25; Heb. 3:14).

No "DRY SPELLS" are necessary (That's not even in the Bible!). One can have a constant flow of "Living Waters" from the very throne of God (see Rom. 8:2; Rev. 22:1,17; Isa. 44:3; Ezek. 47:1,5,8-9; Psa. 46:4; 107:9; 16:11b; Jhn. 4:13-14;7:37-39), through daily faith in "JESUS CHRIST & HIM CRUCIFIED" (see 1 Cor. 1:18; Gal. 2:20; Lk. 9:23; 14:27; Rom. 6:3-5; Jhn. 15:1,4-6). Halellujah !!!!!!!!!!

Death to "SELF" through identification with Christ & Him Crucified allows the very Life of God to flow in and through us (see Gal. 2:20; 6:14; 1 Cor. 15:31,36; Jhn. 12:24-25; Matt. 10:38-39; Rom. 6:3-5).

"Walking in the Spirit" does NOT mean ... us praying, reading the Word, fasting, etc. (the spiritual disciplines). Nor does "walking in the flesh" mean lusting after the opposite sex, watching too much tv or "R"-rated movies, etc (read on)...

"Walking in the Spirit" DOES mean placing our faith exclusively in CHRIST AND WHAT HE DID FOR US ON THE CROSS (HIS BLOOD SACRIFICE). "Walking in the flesh" means placing our faith in ANYTHING ELSE other than that Blood Sacrifice.... as a means of RIGHTEOUSNESS.

Yet... ever since Cain, religious man has incessantly sought to offer up to God their OWN sacrifices, but God has only ever accepted ONE Sacrifice- the type that ABEL offered: faith in the Blood Sacrifice: the SLAIN "LAMB OF GOD": "JESUS CHRIST AND HIM CRUCIFIED" (see Gen. 4:3-5; Jhn. 1:29; Rev. 5:6,11-12) !!!!

We as born-again Christians cannot offer to God ANY sacrifice that will please Him to gain His favor;That Sacrifice has ALREADY BEEN OFFERED UP..by GOD, and we must daily keep our faith in THAT ALONE (see 1 Sam. 15:22; Psa. 51:16-17; Gen. 4:3-5; Rom. 10:3-4;Gal. 2:21;5:4;6:14; Numb. 21:8-9;Jhn. 3:14-16). Wayward Christian RETURN to keep your faith in that which got you saved at the beginning! (see Col.2:6;Heb.3:14)

One has God's resurrection Power (the Holy Spirit) working in his life only as long as his faith is anchored in the correct Sacrifice (Christ's and not his own) (see Gen. 4:3-5; Rom. 8:1-2; 6:3-5; Gal. 2:21; 5:4), & God's rewards are based upon BELIEF (faith), not PERFORMANCE (Rom. 4:2-5; 3:21-28; Heb. 11:6).

We are justified from sin, not by what WE DO, but by FAITH...in what CHRIST HAS ALREADY DONE on the Cross (His Blood Sacrifice) (see Rom. 5:1; 5:8; 3:24-25; Col. 1:20; Rom. 3:21-28; 10:2-4). If we try to live for God in any other way, we develop a "religious" spirit which breeds "self-righteousness"!

"The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank Thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess." -(Lk. 18:11-12).... Most Churches these days would make this guy a DEACON, almost instantly! But read GOD'S assessment of him (Mt. 22:11-12; Isa. 64:6; Phil. 3:9).

The self-righteous man says "Look at me and how moral ...I... am; Wouldn't you like to have this sterling character? Be holy and OBEY!" While the humble saint says "I am a WORM! Look at JESUS and how moral HE is, the only One WITH perfect character; I AM holy and WILL obey supernaturally... only through daily faith in His Blood Sacrifice!"

God justifies.... "the UNGODLY" (Rom. 4:5; Matt. 9:12-13). So... if we begin to think that we are "all THAT", being all puffed up that we are now "resurrection" people, the LORD'S gonna have to allow satan to knock... us back down to size! (see 1 Cor. 10:12; James 4:6; 1 Sam. 15:17; Jhn. 15:4-5; 1 Cor. 11:17-22; 1 Ki. 22:19-23; Jer. 13:15-17) !!!

At the Cross, there is no pride nor confidence in "self", for it is there that we "see" GOD: Where we see TRUTH (things as they TRULY are!), & a deep realization of our total HELPLESSNESS WITHOUT God and HIS Strength! (see John 15:5-6; Isa. 6:5; Rev. 1:17-18; Matt. 10:28; Isa. 64:6-8; Jer. 18:3-17)

The finished Work of Christ on the Cross is a supernatural "Everlasting Covenant (Heb. 13:20) based entirely upon God's grace through our faith in THAT Work, not OUR works; And not only for SALVATION, ... but for DAILY LIVING as well. This gospel is ..."the simplicity that is 'in Christ' " (2 Cor. 11:3).

"But God forbid that I should glory (boast), save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world." -(Gal. 6:14)

Most Christians believe they are SAVED by grace through faith in Christ & the Cross, but DO NOT REALIZE that they must also be SANCTIFIED (SET APART TO LIVE A HOLY LIFE FOR GOD) by grace through faith AS WELL! (see Col. 2:6; Gal. 2:21-3:3; 5:4-5; Eph. 2:10). Notice also that the book of Galatians was written to CHRISTIANS, not SINNERS, ...and that works must always follow AFTER (not BEFORE) faith!

If we say 'Christ died for me', but then say 'I also have to do THIS (read my Bible, pray... FERVENTLY, read books, avoid THIS, avoid THAT, follow THIS method, THAT method, etc.), then CHRIST DIED IN VAIN ! (see Gal. 2:21), and "YE ARE FALLEN FROM GRACE" (see Gal. 5:4)!!

A Christian can "frustrate", or even "FALL from" the grace of God if he reverts to trusting in his performance of religious disciplines (prayer, Bible study, tithing, witnessing, church attendance, etc.) RATHER THAN "Jesus Christ Crucified" EXCLUSIVELY. If for example, you find yourself saying things like "I need to read my Bible today.", or "I did not pray enough today", etc., etc., you are FRUSTRATING GOD'S GRACE!

DOING the will of God is extremely important, but this can never earn us favor with God or denote greater spirituality or righteousness. CHRIST has ALREADY secured that FOR us through His Blood Sacrifice on the CROSS (see Gal. 2:21), & now to STAY spiritual & righteous, we need to keep our faith IN THAT.

"Faith without works is dead" (Jas. 2:20,26), yet... those works will be MEANINGLESS unless one's faith remains exclusively in "Jesus Christ AND... Him Crucified" (see Gal. 3:1-3,7,10-11; 1 Cor. 1:17-18,23-24; 2:2; Gal. 5:11; 6:12,14, Heb. 3:6,14; Col. 2:6). And those "works" can include, prayer, Bible-reading, church attendance, missions-giving, out-reaches... you name it!

In living for God... the "righteousness of the law" (keeping the ten commandments) is not fulfilled BY us, through what WE do... but IN us, through our faith in CHRIST & what ...HE... did, on THE CROSS - (see Rom. 8:4; 3:21-28; 10:4; Ga...l. 2:21; 5:4); As we rest in that FINISHED WORK, His Grace & Spirit flow to us in an unending Stream!!!

God rewards us & gives us victory over "the world, the flesh, & the devil" based upon our continued daily faith in HIS Sacrifice, not upon the performance of OUR sacrifice (see Rom. 2:4-5; Gal. 5:4-5; 3:1-3; Gen. 4:3-5; Heb. 10:5-7; Rev. 12:11).

The Bible does not teach "ISOLATION" (see Jhn. 17:15; Matt. 10:16; 5:13-16), but it does teach "SEPARATION" (see Jhn. 17:14,16; 1 Jhn. 2:15-16; 2 Cor. 5:17; 6:14-18); And one can never BE separated unless "CHRIST AND THE CROSS" becomes the sole object of his faith (see 1 Cor. 1:17-18,23; 2:2; Gal. 2:20-3:3; 5:4; 6:14) !!

'The CROSS' is the dividing line between the APOSTATE church - and the TRUE Church; Between those 'OF THE FLESH'- and those 'OF THE SPIRIT'; Between the LUKEWARM - and THOSE ON-FIRE FOR JESUS !!!"

God demands that we be on-FIRE for Him (Rev. 3:15-16); Only that which is HOLY is not consumed by His flame. And one cannot BE holy, except by continued faith in Christ and His Blood Sacrifice!

MARK MY WORDS! The LORD is preparing His Church (a GLORIOUS CHURCH w/o SPOT OR WRINKLE) for the RAPTURE... through the preaching of the .... CROSS!!! Be a part of this grand end-times move of God, or you will DRY UP spiritually!

YOUR DAILY CHRISTIAN WALK... Choice #1: Trust in what Christ did (the Cross)=Walking in the Spirit=under GRACE=Law of the Spirit of Life operates=ABUNDANT LIFE ~ vs.... Choice #2: Trust in what YOU do=Walking in the flesh=under LAW=Law of sin and death operates=DEFEAT & FRUSTRATION.

True Christianity is a SUPERNATURAL thing, of origen & duration (see Jhn. 3:3-8). God, angels, satan, demons, the Bible are all SUPERNATURAL; It is not like belonging to a CORPORATION- with CEO'S and boards, etc; Nor is it like belonging to ...a support group, social organization, or self-help seminar...like AA, the Rotary Club, or the "Become-a-better-you Club"!

"TRUE CHRISTIANITY" is not a state of "DOING" to become what God wants us to BE; It is a state of "BEING" which empowers us to DO according to who we already ARE... "IN CHRIST"- through faith in His finished Work on THE CROSS (see Col. 2:10; Rom. 10:4; Jhn. 19:30; Eph. 2:8-10). NO STRIVING IS NECESSARY for those who keep trusting in that Sacrifice!

"Who is your 'covering'?, your 'spiritual head'? " is not found in the Bible; Look for it yourself- It is not there! I am a Pastor, yet I am NOT the 'spiritual head' over born-again believers in my church: CHRIST is (see Col. 1:18-19; 1 Cor. 11:3; Eph. 5:23; 1:22-23; 4:14-15).

Jesus HATED the deeds of the "Nicolaitans" (see Rev. 2:6). "NICO" means "CONTROL OVER", and "LAITANS" means "LAITY". Combine the two, & you have "CONTROL OVER THE LAITY". God Hates that!... Even Paul, when he believed someone "under" him was in error doctrinally, always said
"I BESEECH (beg of) YOU", & then entrusted him to God.

"Who is he who condemns? It is CHRIST Who died, yea rather is risen again, Who is even at the Right Hand of God..." -(Rom. 8:34. IF ONE CONDEMNS A BELIEVER WHO IS TRUSTING CHRIST SOLELY FOR JUSTIFICATION AND SANCTIFICATION, HE IS AT THE SAME TIME CONDEMNING CHRIST AND HIS DEATH ON THE CROSS. This is very sobering, my friends; We must beware!

We aught to seek GOD'S approval and TRUTH (with a pure heart being willing to admit that we are wrong, and to change) (see Matt. 5:8; Acts 17:11; Gal. 1:10; Jhn. 8:29c), rather than... seek MAN'S approval and for us to be "RIGHT" ...in THEIR eyes (see Jhn. 5:44; 12:43; 1 Sam. 15:24,30; Matt. 21:23-26). Which would you rather BE? "WRONG" & go to HEAVEN, or "RIGHT" & go to HELL??!

"TRUTH": The FATHER is "the God of Truth" (Deut. 32:4; Psa. 31:5; Jer. 10:10)...The Son JESUS is "the Truth"/"the Word" (Jhn. 14:6; 1:14; Rev.9:11-13)...and The HOLY SPIRIT is the "the Spirit of Truth (Jhn. 14:16-17; 15:26; 16:13-14). God's Word (the Holy Bible) is the Truth (Jhn. 17:17), and is only revealed to those who are "of the Truth" (Jhn. 18:37; 10:27,4-5; 8:47).

One cannot separate GOD from His WORD (the TRUTH -Jhn. 17:17): They are ONE; Therefore, if a person rejects TRUTH, he has rejected GOD AS WELL. To understand the seriousness of this, see 2 Thes. 2:9-13!

IGNORANCE of Truth is DESTRUCTIVE & ENSLAVING (see Hosea 4:6; Jhn. 8:37), while REJECTION of Truth is DAMNABLE (see 2 Thes. 2:10-12).
So how do you think God views those who propagate false doctrine- to enslave and destroy those whom He came to DIE for?? (See Matt. chpt. 23; Isa. 9:16-18; 3:11-12; Jer. 23:1-2; Ezek. 13:1-6; 34:2-20... FOR the answer!)

(777) Many who think they're gonna make it to heaven...... aren't, because Jesus the righteous Judge won't let them; There will be a lot of surprised people! (see Luke 13:23-30; Rev. 3:17-18; Matt. 25:31-46; 13:36-43,47-50; 23:1-33; 24:37-51; Acts 10:42; Rev. 21:8,27; Titus 3:5).

Sinners seek another GOD (allah, budda, THEMSELVES, etc.) in their daily lives rather than the TRUE God, while "Christians" seek another SACRIFICE (religious works) in their daily lives rather than GOD'S Sacrifice (Jesus Christ and Him... Crucified). All in all, both are nothing more than REBELLION AGAINST GOD- the VERY God Who became a Man to SAVE.... and SANCTIFY.... them!!

"...we have turned every one to his 'own way'; and the LORD hath laid on Him (Jesus, THE Way) the iniquity of us all." -(Isa. 53:6). Unregenerate evil people need to stop insisting on their own 'way'', and professing Christians need to stop insisting on their own 'sacrifices'- and both need to follow GOD'S Way (Christ) and GOD'S Sacrifice (Christ & the CROSS/the BLOOD). Their eternal souls are at stake!

The modern church (leaders & laity alike) is now FILLED with those who do not a) admit, confess, & repent of their sins, and ... b) trust in Christ & His Blood Sacrifice EXCLUSIVELY to daily CLEANSE them of those sins! BUT GOD... is sending a Holy Spirit REVIVAL in the land.... only for those who are willing to "repent AND believe". Halellujah!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Repent AND Believe" (Mark 1:15) on a daily basis (Col. 2:6). This IS ..."the simplicity that is 'IN CHRIST' " (2 Cor. 11:3). Yet... these are the two very things which man (esp. RELIGIOUS man) in general has a problem with !!

Man's "disease" is a SIN NATURE" inherited from Adam, passed down through his blood; God's "cure" is His "Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus", through our faith in His Blood (ie: Sacrifice on the Cross). (see... Rom. 5:12; 8:2; 3:24-25; 5:9; Col. 1:20; Gal. 6:14).

"SIN" (noun- ie: "the sin nature", not acts of sin)... is disabled /broken in a person's life at salvation, yet can be (and is) revived when a person adds all these little religious "laws" into his Christian experience: "I gotta do this"... "I need to avoid that"... "I need to do this that way", or else.... "I'm not on-track"!

Doing spiritual disciplines (prayer, Bible study, fasting, etc.), following methods (pray more fervently,"purpose-driven",etc.), reading good books, or submitting to some "covering" Pastor's punishment CAN'T CURE ONE'S SIN NATURE, any more than EATING CANDY can cure one's CANCER! There's only one dual cure: repentance of sin AND faith in Christ Crucified! (see 1 Jhn. 1:6-10; Prov. 28:13; Gal. 2:21-3:11; 5:4-5)

Thus saith the LORD.... "O ye of little faith! Why are you content to wade along the BANKS of My River in the MUD, when I have paid the Price for you to be SWIMMING in the DEPTHS of it?!"

I used to search and search through books and literature, & listen to sermon after sermon- for the key to more abundant Life; But now the search is over. It was there all along...in CHRIST & WHAT HE DID FOR ME ON THE CROSS, and my faith in....... THAT (see Col. 2:8-15; Jhn. 3:14-15; 1 Cor. 1:18,23-24; 2:2; Gal. 3:13-14; Jhn. 7:37-39) Halellujah !!!!!!!!!!!!

Daily "abundant Life" is only found "IN CHRIST" by God's grace... through daily repentance of sins & faith in Christ's Blood Sacrifice (see Jhn. 10:1o; Rom. 8:2; 6:14; Mk. 1:15; Prov. 28:13; 1 Jhn. 1:8-10; Rom. 3:23-25; 5:9; Rev. 12:11; Gal. 2:21; Lk. 14:27).

"For the law of the Spirit of Life 'in Christ Jesus' hath made me free from the law of sin and death." -(Rom. 8:2) Oh what a DIFFERENCE, walking by the Power which created the universe... the HOLY GHOST!; Through faith, not in US... and OUR sacrifices, but faith in GOD'S Sacrifice: the "Lamb of God"!

"Christians" are upholden by God's mercy through faith in what CHRIST has done, not by what they do, have done, how & how much they do it, or what they avoid; All of this is sanctification by works, which God cannot accept! (see Eph. 2:8-10; Gal. 2:21-3:7; 5:4-5; 6:14 ; Titus 3:5-7;
Psa. 94:18; John 15:1,4-6; Rev. 12:11). Are you in such a state? Dry? If so, you have frustrated or have even fallen from God's grace! REPENT!

A professing Christian will be held accountable to God if he hears the Truth, but yet REJECTS it (see James 4:17; Lk. 12:47; Jhn. 9:41; 15:22; Heb. 10:26-27).

God justifies the... "UNGODLY" (Rom. 4:5; 5:6) by His grace through FAITH IN THE BLOOD OF JESUS (Eph. 2:8; Rom. 5:9); After we are saved, we are STILL ungodly if not for exclusive faith IN that Blood Sacrifice on the Cross! But what about t...he "self-righteous", who think they are all morally great now through what they DO? (see Mt. 9:13; Lk. 18:10-14; Gal. 5:4 for the answer!)

The true Christian loves this "abundant Life" (John 10:10) which is "in Christ Jesus" (Rom. 8:1-2) through faith in His Blood (Rom. 3:24-25), which is INDEPENDENT of this present evil world (Gal. 1:4) and its tribulation (Jhn. 16:33). Halellujah!!! ...This world is not our home (Phil. 3:20), for we are IN it but not OF it (Jhn. 17:15-16).

The true measure of any system of beliefs is ... "DOES IT WORK?" Well, the true Gospel Message of "repentance of sins & faith in Jesus Christ Crucified"... WORKS, to bring "abundant Life" (jhn. 10:10) & victory over sin (Rom. 6:14). Halellujah!!!

God don't say to His kids, "Shape UP! You gotta perform up to My standards for Me to accept you!" He says "Humble yourself, repent of your sins, & REST in My Son's Sacrifice!" (see Jas. 4:8; Mk. 1:14-15; Mt. 11:28-30; 15:4-5; Heb. 10:12-14; Col. 2:10).

God requires man to repent- not only of the EVIL that he does, but also of the GOOD that he does in an attempt to establish his own righteousness (which God views as "filthy rags"! (see Rom. 10:2-4; Phil. 3:9; Gal. 3:10-11; Lk. 18:10-14; Gen. 4:3-5; Isa. 64:6)

God is very longsuffering... yet even HIS patience has its limits. He hates unbelief, and those who CONTINUE in it, & do not bear the fruit of the Spirit, will suffer DIRE CONSEQUENCES (see Matt. 21:17-18; Mark 11:12-14,19-21; Gal. 5:4; Ex. 32:33; Rev. 3:5). Wake UP, Church!

The Bible tells us to "examine ourselves", whether we are in the faith (2 Cor. 13:3). So...are you "of the world"/"worldly "(1 Jn. 4:5; Jn. 15:19; 1 Cor. 15:47a; James 4:4; 1 Jn.1:15-17), or "NOT of the world"/..."separated" (Jn. 15:19; 17:14-16; 2 Cor. 6:14-7:1; 5:17; Isa. 52:11) ?

One is either the "child of the devil" (Jhn. 8:44; Matt. 13:38; 1 Jhn. 3:8), or the "child of God" (Jhn. 1:12-13; 1 Jhn. 4:4; 5:4), and there is NO MIDDLE GROUND (Rev. 3:14-20)....Wake UP, professing Christians!

God is not as much concerned with what we DO, but who we... ARE. Because if who we ARE is correct, we will AUTOMATICALLY DO BY NATURE that which we aught to do! (see Matt. 12:33; Lk. 6:43; Jer. 31:33-34; Ezek. 11:19-20; 36:26-27; Gal. 6:22-23). Excep...t, one can only BE correct through daily faith in CHRIST'S Sacrifice, not OUR'S (Gal. 6:14)!

Do you serve the LORD? or your CHURCH? If your church tells you it is one & the SAME..... then you're following the CHURCH! "Nico" = "control"...."laitans" = "control over the laity". (see Rev. 2:6,15...; 1 Cor. 11:1; Gal. 1:8-9; 1 Cor. 2:2; Col. 2:6). You better R-U-N ! Not sayin' this is gonna happen, but this spirit existed in "The People's Temple" with Jim Jones, the poison cool-aid, etc.!

The only qualification for receiving God's grace is to be DIS-qualified, and to KNOW it (and then to REMEMBER it.... DAILY!) (see 1 Tim. 1:15; Eph. 2:8-9; Col. 2:6; Gal. 6:14; Tit. 3:4-7).

It is not so hard for a man to repent of the EVIL which he has done; But it is VERY hard for him to repent of the GOOD he's done based upon HIS righteousness apart from faith in Christ & the Cross! And then he will "kill" the one who DOES! (see Gen. 3:3-8 for an example of this).

Feeling spiritually DRY? Need "abundant Life"? Here is the answer....... CHRIST is the SOURCE, the CROSS is the MEANS, and the HOLY SPIRIT is the POWER! Jump into the Water, regardless of the nay-sayers; Why be dry just cause THEY are! (see Jhn. 10:10; 7:37-39)

The resurrection of Christ (although wonderful indeed) was but a ratification of His DEATH...on the CROSS. Paul boasted, not in the resurrection, but in the.... CROSS (Gal. 6:14), because it was THERE that Jesus paid the penalty for our sins. We are ...justified by faith His BLOOD that was shed there (Rom. 5:9; 3:24-25; Eph. 2:13; Heb. 9:14; 1 Jhn. 1:7) ).

What is the definition of a "modern-day Pharisee"? A professing Christian who trusts in what he does (or does NOT do), rather than exclusively in the MERCY OF GOD through faith in the Blood of Jesus! (see Lk. 18:10-14; Isa. 64:6; Titus 3:5; Psa. 21:7; Rom. 5:9; 3:23-27; Rev. 1:5). What does this say about many in the modern church?

MUCH Bible ~ MUCH freedom, LITTLE Bible ~ LITTLE freedom, NO Bible ~ NO freedom (Jhn. 8:31-32; 17:17; Psa. 119:105,130; Hosea 4:6a); And the foundational doctrine OF that Bible is the redemption & SANCTIFICATION of man through his REPENTANCE O...F SIN & FAITH IN "JESUS CHRIST & HIM CRUCIFIED" (Heb. 10:7; Lk. 24:25-27; Jhn.1:29; Rev. 13:8;1 Pet. 1:18-20; Col. 1:20; 1 Cor.1:18,23; 2:2; Gal. 6:14)

Professing Christians, in self-sufficiency & pride, tend to tack on their OWN sacrifices to Gods ALL-SUFFICIENT Sacrifice (Christ & the Cross) FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS: good deeds, service for their church, tithing, traditions, performance of spiritual disciplines like prayer & Bible study, etc. Yet... if righteousness comes by the law (ANY law), than Christ died IN VAIN! (see Gal. 2:21-3:3; 5:4)

A Christian STILL HAS A SIN NATURE (just read 1 Jhn. 1:8, which was written to CHRISTIANS). Although at salvation, we are free from its bondage, it can be (and is) RE-ACTIVATED if our faith strays from the Cross back to "law" (legalism) of any kind (see Rom. 7:9,11; 1 Cor. 15:56b). This is part of the reason for all those scandals of ministers, etc.... WAKE UP, CHURCH!!!!

The proud, self-righteous "Christian" says- "Look at how good ... I ... am through Christ and what I am doing", while the humble Christian says- "Look at how good ... CHRIST ... is, PERIOD! (see 1 Tim. 1:15; Phil. 3:4-9)

"SANCTIFICATION" (being set apart to God) cannot occur through our OWN righteousness, but only by daily EXCLUSIVE FAITH in Christ & His Blood Sacrifice (ie: "the Cross"), which keeps us "clothed" with GOD'S Righteousness (see Rom. 5:9; 1 Cor. 2:2; Phil. 3:9; Zech. 3:3-5; Rev. 19:7-8)

Like the old song says... "When the Bridegroom cometh will your robes be white? Are you washed in the Blood of the Lamb?..." (see Rev. 7:9-14; 3:4-5,18; 4:4; 6:9-11; 19:7-8; Isa. 61:10; Matt. 22:2,11-13; Psa. 51:7; Isa. 1:18). Halellujah!!!!!!!!! (I hope you like WHITE!)

Most ministers and laity in the modern organized church are in a state of spiritual blindness and deception because of a) self-righteousness, b) lukewarmness, c) fear of man, and d) rejection of Truth! (see Lk. 18:9-14; Rev. 3:16-18; Isa. 6:8-10; Jhn12:37-43; 2 Thes. 2:10-12; 1 Ki. 22:19-23; 2 Tim. 4:3-4))

"Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His MERCY He saved us..." -(Tit. 3:5); "And you... hath He reconciled... IF YE CONTINUE IN THE FAITH grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the ...gospel." -(Col. 1:21.22); "And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold, But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved." (Matt. 24:12-13)

"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." -(Eph. 2:8-9); "As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in Him." -(Col.. 2:6); "For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast unto the end." -(Heb. 3:14); "Fight the good fight of...FAITH..." (1 Tim. 6:12)

"The steps of a 'good man' are established by the LORD.." -(Psa. 37:23). Have you ever considered what CONSTITUTES a 'good man'? Were the two guys in Lk. 18:11-12,18-21 considered by Jesus to be...'good men'? (...They would be made deacons INSTANTLY by most in the modern church). Yet... Titus 3:5-7; Phil. 3:8-9; Rev. 7:13-14; and Gal. 6:14 describe who the LORD considers as 'good'!

The self-righteous man seeks to prove that he is "right"... in MAN'S eyes, while the true Christian only seeks GOD'S TRUTH, even if it means he is WRONG! (see Lk. 16:15; Jhn. 7:17-18; 8:31-33)

The self-righteous man seeks to justify HIMSELF, while the true Christian allows GOD to justify him! (see Lk. 10:29; 16:15; Rom. 4:4-5; 5:9; Titus 3:7)

FORGIVENESS is a CHOICE; And if a person chooses "NO", then GOD will also choose not to forgive HIM, and allow the "tormentors" (demon spirits) to pay this person a little VISIT! (see Matt. 18:21-35; Mk. 11:25-26; Eph. 4:31-32; Col. 3:12-14)

Ministers such as myself & others have no special privilege from God, nor are we to be obeyed unconditionally. We are simply the servants of God. Like Paul said... "WOE is unto me if I preach not the gospel." (see 1 Cor. 9:16-19; Lk. 17:7-10; 1 Pet. 5:2-3; Jhn. 15:5)

"GOD'S" Way... is "Christ"; His MEANS... is "faith in Christ & His Blood Sacrifice on the Cross"; His POWER... is the Holy Spirit = God's imputed Righteousness = HOLINESS = Life & health. (see Jhn. 14:6; Rom. 3:21-28/ Gal. 2:20; Rom. 8:2).

"MAN'S" way... is "self"; His MEANS... is "works, methods, and programs"; His POWER ...is "self-effort" = self-righteousness = SIN = corruption & death. (see Lk. 18:11-12; Isa. 64:6; Gal. 3:1-3,10)

To this present evil world and apostate organized church system.... "messed-up" is considered NORMAL, and "normal" is considered MESSED-UP (see Isa. 5:20-23; 29:16). Well... Jesus will return very soon and upset this evil cookie j...ar! (Dan. 2:44; 7:14,18,27; Matt. 16:26-27; 24:30-31; Rev. 1:7-8;11:15-18; 19:11-16). Halelllujah!!!! The time is short.... REPENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Each person must encounter the Fire of God: To the one trusting in Christ's Sacrifice... the Fire of His PURIFICATION; to the one trusting in his OWN sacrifice... the Fire of His WRATH. (see Matt. 3:11; Rev. 20:15; 3:5; 12:11)

UNREPENTANCE & UNBELIEF will send a person to HELL; But once he is there, he BELIEVES, but can no longer have the chance to REPENT or BE FORGIVEN! (Lk. 13:1-5; Jhn. 3:18b; Lk. 16:19-31; Psa. 9:17; Isa. 5:13-14; 66:23-24; Mt. 10:28; 11:23-24; Mk. ...9:42-48; Ezek. 32:18,22-25,29-30; Rev. 21:8; 20:12-15; Mk. 8:36-37; Jhn. 3:16; 2 Pet. 3:9). As you can see, the Bible has a LOT to say about HELL, and.... the "lake of fire"!

In the Catholic church for many centuries, the priests shut up the Word of God to the common man, saying that only THEY (the priests) could interpret correct doctrine. Martin Luther came along and said, "NO, 'sola scriptura' ('scr...ipture ALONE'!). Likewise, many preachers in the modern church are telling people the same thing. R-U-N from these men! Then get out your Bibles, and ask the HOLY SPIRIT to teach you!

The main lesson we learn from Abel's sacrifice (Gen. 4:4) is NOT in the giving of "FIRST lings" (our best, tithing, etc.) , but rather in WHAT THAT SACRIFICE REPRESENTED, which is... FAITH IN "JESUS CHRIST AND HIM CRUCIFIED" ...(see Ex. 12:5,7,13,22-23; Jhn. 1:29; 1 Cor. 2:2; 1 Pet. 1:18-19; Rev. 12:11). This is a great perversion of what the scriptures mean!

Our VERY BEST SACRIFICES ... PALE ... in comparison to GOD'S SUPREME SACRIFICE: the offering up of His Son on the CROSS! "For He hath made Him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him." -(2 Cor. 5:21)

If the offerING is accepted by God, so will be the offerER (see Gen. 4:3-5); Therefore it would behoove us to offer up to God the CORRECT SACRIFICE..... faith in HIS Sacrifice (Jesus and His Blood), not in OUR'S (WHATEVER that may be!) -see Heb. 10:12-14; Tit. 3:5; Rom. 10:2-4.

Faith in what WE do (OUR sacrifices) results in PRIDE, causing God to RESIST us; While faith in what GOD did (HIS Sacrifice- JESUS AND HIS BLOOD) results in HUMILITY, causing God to give us His GRACE! (see Jas. 4:6; Gal. 2:21; 5:4)

"What shall it PROFIT a man, if he shall gain "the whole world" (fame? riches? sinful pleasure? APPROVAL OF FAMILY & FRIENDS OR LOVE INTEREST?, status in his church? position? BEING 'RIGHT'?, etc., etc.), and LOSE HIS OW...N SOUL?" (see Mark 8:36-37; Matt. 10:37-39; Lk. 14:26-33; Rev. 12:11; Gal. 2:20). We are getting down to the nitty gritty here folks!

In the midst of "a dry and thirsty land", wave upon wave upon WAVE of... "LIVING WATERS", because of what Jesus did at the CROSS. Halellujah!!! (Gal. 3:13-14; Ex. 17:5-6; Isa. 32:15; 44:3; Jer. 31:33; 32:40; Ezek. 11:19; 36:27; Joel 2:28-29; Jhn. 7:37-39; Acts 2:33).

The "POWER OF GOD" (the Holy Spirit) is linked to our faith in Jesus Christ & His finished Work on the CROSS (see Gal. 3:13-14; 1 Cor. 1:17-18,23-24; 2:1-5; Ex. 17:5-6; Jhn. 7:37-39).

The preaching of "the CROSS" is... unto us which are saved... the ... "POWER OF GOD" (1 Cor. 1:18) ... to overcome the sin nature and satan, removing "the curse" from us & giving us ABUNDANT LIFE (Rev. 2:7,11,17,26; ...3:5,12,21; 12:11; Rom. 8:1-2; Gal. 3:13-14; Jhn. 10:10). Halellujah !!!!!!!

Can a born-again Christian still have a "SIN NATURE"? These verses, written to CHRISTIANS, reveal the answer: (1 Jhn.1:8; 1 Cor. 15:56b; Rom. 6:11-14; 7:19-20; 8:1-2)...... YES !

RECOGNITION of (a) SIN (nature) in the Christian does not mean a CONDONING for SINNING. It merely acknowledges TRUTH (1 Jhn. 1:8) & a DAILY NEED of trust in Christ's Sacrifice to overcome (the) SIN (nature). (Rom. 6:14; Rev. 12:11).

Trusting in SELF to perform "LAW" (ANY law; ie: "walking after the flesh") will stimulate the sin nature, even within a CHRISTIAN (1 Cor. 15:56b; Rom. 7:8-13).

The Christian who is "in the flesh" (trusting in his own righteousness, and performance of 'law') cannot please God (Rom. 8:8) ... frustrating God's grace (Gal. 2:12), and causing the 'sin nature' to once again take dominion in his life. (see Rom. 6:14)

"And ye are COMPLETE IN HIM, which is the Head of all principality and power." -(Col. 2:10). So if Christians are already complete through HIS Sacrifice (the shedding of HIs Blood on the Cross), why do many of them feel they "gotta do ...THIS, and they gotta do THAT" to be "on track" with God? One answer.... UNBELIEF.

Simple faith in Christ and HIS Sacrifice was enough to SAVE me, and it is enough to SANCTIFY me (Col. 2:6; 1 Cor. 1:30-31). Reading my Bible, praying, church attendance, etc. (MY sacrifices), ALTHOUGH GOOD AND HELPLFUL, do not 'fan the flame of ...my fire', or make me any more spiritual, or earn me any more favor with God! Christ already DID IT ALL, on the CROSS! Halellujah! All those things are just a part of who I am!

I REST in the "FINISHED Work" of Christ on the Cross (John 19:30), and then HIs SPIRIT, like a mighty rushing WATERFALL of LIVING WATERS rushes over me, cleasing away all impurities, REFRESHING me and EMPOWERING me for His service! Halelluj...ah what a THOUGHT... JESUS full, salvation BOUGHT! Halellujah !!!!!!!!!!!

"'The CROSS' is the 'lightning rod' for the POWER OF GOD" (see 1 Cor. 1:18; Rom. 1:16; 2 Cor. 12:9; Jhn. 3:30; Zech. 4:6; 10:12; Acts 1:8; Eph. 1:19-20; 3:14-16,20; 1 Pet. 1:3-5)

"Who shall lay anything to the charge of God's elect? It is GOD that justifieth. Who is he that condemneth? It is CHRIST that died, yea rather, that is risen again, Who is even at the right hand of God, Who maket intercession for us." -(Rom. 8:33-34)

Just as water flowed out of the "smitten rock" to satisfy the Israelites' PHYSICAL thirst; Likewise, "Living Waters" (the Holy Spirit) flows AS THE RESULT OF Jesus' Sacrificial death on the Cross (and the believer's... faith IN THAT) to satisfy his SPIRITUAL thirst! (see Ex. 17:6; Numb. 20:11; Jhn. 7:37-39; 1 Cor. 1:17-18; Rom. 3:24-25; 5:8-9).

There are no morally perfect Christians, only one morally perfect SAVIOR (and no, this is not a license to sin, just a warning against "self-righteousness"!) -(Isa. 64:6; 1 Jhn. 1:8-10; Heb. 7:26; 4:15)

One can say he believes in God (Jas. 2:19), and calls Jesus 'Lord' (Lk. 6:46), and do a multitude of spiritual disciplines & church work (Gal. 3:10) ALL DAY LONG, and trust that God will help him (2 Chr. 15:2); Yet, it is the knowledge ...of TRUTH that sets God's people free; IGNORANCE of it DESTROYS them! (Jhn. 8:31-32; Hosea 4:6).

Just as the light of the sun at dawn is a far more superior force, and DISPELS the darkness of the night before, SO TO... JESUS (the Light of the world) is a far more superior Force, and dispels SATAN and his spiritual darkness in one's life! (see Mal. 4:2; 2 Cor. 4:3-6; Jhn. 8:12). So keep your focus on JESUS, not SATAN, and you will be alright! Halellujah!!!!

One cannot separate JESUS from what He did at the CROSS (His "Blood Sacrifice"), or he is preaching ANOTHER Jesus and ANOTHER gospel. The two must be inseparable, both for SALVATION... and.... SANCTIFICATION! (see 2 Cor. 11:3-4; Gal. 1:6-9...; 1 Cor. 1:17-18,23-23; 2:2; Gal. 2:21; 5:4,11-12; 6:12,14-15). These scriptures are VERY CLEAR!

The preaching of "the Cross" (Faith in Christ's Blood Sacrifice) is linked to the power of God, for salvation AND SANCTIFICATION. Here, look:. "I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the Power of God UNTO SALVATION to... every one that believeth..." -(Rom. 1:16); "For the preaching of the Cross is to them that are perishing foolishness; but unto US WHICH ARE SAVED, it is the Power of God." -(1 Cor. 1:18)

"Religion" carries the mindset that we can be more righteous, more spiritual, or "better" ourselves in some way through the way we think, what we do, or avoid. But "IN CHRIST", we automatically ARE all those things thro...ugh faith in what CHRIST did on the Cross! (see Jhn. 19:30; Mt. 27:50-51; Gal. 3:13-14). Halellujah!!!!!

Daily faith in Christ's Sacrifice assures us of HIs Resurrection power NOW, and of our LITERAL resurrection with the Saints at Christ's return. (see 1 Cor. 1:18,23-24; Rev. 12:11; 3:5; 20:15)

Christ, His Apostles, and prophets, plus all the famous reformers such as Jonathan Edwards, John Wesley, Charles Finney, etc. were not motivational speakers nor political and social activists; They were preachers of TRUTH. Their Message: "REPENT... and BELIEVE THE GOSPEL"! Their focus: CHRIST and HIS Will, not MAN and HIS will.

Suppose a doctor knows a cure for cancer, but won't reveal it for fear he might "offend" the one who HAS cancer, by saying "You have cancer, and here is the cure." Will that doctor be spineless and not tell him? Man's pr...oblem is SIN, and the cure is REPENTANCE, AND FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST AND WHAT HE DID AT THE CROSS (HIS BLOOD SACRIFICE) (salvation)!!! And THEN... He needs to DAILY apply that cure (sanctification)!

"But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtlety, so your minds should be corrupted from THE SIMPLICITY THAT IS 'IN CHRIST.'"-(Cor. 11:3) What IS this simplicity? "REPENT AND BELIEVE THE GOSPEL...". Don't NEED to repent? What, are you SINLESS? nahhh, I don't think so!

"If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us." -(1 Jhn. 1:8). This verse was written to CHRISTIANS, and that word "sin" there does not mean "sinning"; It means "the sin NATURE". T...his sin nature can only remain "unplugged" as the Christian's faith remains in CHRIST AND HIS SACRIFICE, not in anything he DOES or does NOT do!

"ARE you washed in the Blood, In the soul-cleansing blood of the Lamb? Are your gar-ments spot-less? Are they white as snow? Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?" ARE ya? DAILY? Trusting in THAT? (Or in you and your performance, or ...your church?, etc., etc.). It is not too late: TURN BACK TO THE CROSS!

Hap-py day, O hap-py day, When my Je-sus washed my sins a-way! He taught me how - to watch and pray. And live re-joic-ing ev-'ry day!

"The righteous also shall hold on his way, and he that hath clean hands shall be stronger and stronger." -(Job 17:9) What MAKES a person "righteous", with "clean hands"? FAITH IN THE BLOOD OF JESUS... ALONE!

The Christian must daily "Repent AND Believe" (No you are NOT morally perfect- you DO need to repent). Repentance without faith in Christ and His Sacrifice produces SELF-RIGHTEOUSNESS; While Faith in Christ and His Sacrifice without repent...ance produces LICENTIOUSNESS. Both are an abomination to God!

Religious man says "I can BEAT this thing! (whatever it is); I will pray more, I will fast, increase all my spiritual disciplines, I will do this regimen, follow this program, get this counselling, read this book, etc., etc.!" Well all I go...tta say is "Good LUCK, against those demonic powers you are UP against!" There is only ONE cure: faith in JESUS CHRIST AND HIM CRUCIFIED!!!! Only the BLOOD OF CHRIST defeats satan!

"When Thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, LORD, will I seek." -(Psa. 27:8) O WHAT A PRIVILEDGE, to have access to, and talk with... the Creator of the universe, Who became a Man - Christ Jesus, and Who became ...a Sacrifice of OUR sins, on the Cross! For ever and ever I shall PRAISE Him!!!!!!

I'd rather sit in an old, damp, rat-infested Roman DUNGEON, with the PRESENCE OF GOD, rather than sit in an ornate crystal cathedral , with RELIGIOUS DEATH..... ANY DAY! "For He satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul with goodness." -(Psa. 107:9)

"Sanctification" (a life set apart in holiness to God) is not "the renewing/education of the mind" (as many teach); But it is in CONTINUED FAITH IN CHRIST & HIS FINISHED WORK ON THE CROSS; It is "in Christ" (see 1 Co...r. 1:30; Col. 1:21-23; 2:6; Heb. 3:14), with the HOLY SPIRIT doing the Work!
